Express Lane Service
Every day we offer H-D® Express Lane, but it's always a good idea to call ahead. The goal of the Express Lane is to get you in and out as quickly as possible, without an appointment.
Express Lane is dedicated to selected services that usually take less than an Hour:
The next time you need of these items and don't have time for an appointment-just stop in and we'll do it while you wait. Shop for a few minutes while we complete your work, then get back out on the road. In the time it could take you to wash and wax your bike, you could be getting an oil change and filter! Or new tires, brakes, or any other number of other selected services. That's the Express Lane Service Center - where you can get in, get serviced, and get riding. And there's no appointment needed! More Than An Oil Change
It truly is more than an oil change. Regular service will help keep your H-D® motorcycle operating at peak performance. Harley-Davidson® of Glendale knows best how to service your motorcycle with factory-approved methods and equipment. When you bring your CVO™, Softail®, Sportster®, Touring, Trike, Street™, or Livewire™ to us for service we check for open recalls, product campaigns, trouble codes, and engine management system updates. We check the tightness of all critical fasteners and road tests to verify components and system functions.

About Our Technicians
Technician recognition is Harley-Davidson® Motor Company's exclusive way of spotlighting our commitment to the value of employee training, continuous learning, and customer satisfaction. The program recognizes and rewards knowledge, skill, and loyalty with the objective of improving customer satisfaction.
For the dealer, it's a snapshot that reflects their service department's ability. For the technician, it's a career path. For the customer, those arm patches are the reassurance that their Harley-Davidson® is in the care of the best Factory Trained Technicians possible.
The central elements of the program are Technician Recognition Patches and a personal portfolio to track course completion and awards. Upon completion of a training class, a course insert will be provided for the portfolio. Classes taken in the past will also be recognized in the portfolio. Technician skill level classifications are based on years of experience, skill-based training, and dealership performance. Technicians are classed into one of five skill levels.

Each level is recognized in the individual's portfolio, the dealership recognition wall plaque, and on uniform arm patches.
